An order management system built into the platform. Beyond it, order-taking inside the conversation itself. An order that arrives in a call or a social DM captured, logged and tracked to fulfillment without leaving the agent workspace.

Social messaging folding into the same omnichannel workspace, so a WhatsApp or Instagram conversation is routed, audited and reported exactly like every other channel. WhatsApp will use the WhatsApp Business API, with the verification and messaging-window rules that come with it.
